Excellent quality kefir grains, package, and delivery my only wish is that the milk kefir grains be delivered as one big solid grain. The delivery was fast and safe, with the kefir grains double-wrapped in zip-lock bags + secured envelope. I've left the kefir grains to recover in milk for 36hrs, after which I had the first batch of delicious kefir! I can recommend ordering kefir grains from kefirshop.eu, you get what you're paying for! I followed the instructions, putting the kefir grains in a jar of fresh milk changing it daily. About a week or so later they seemed to be already multiplying. The kefir taste is great !
