The delivery was fast and safe, with the kefir grains double-wrapped in zip-lock bags + secured envelope. I've left the kefir grains to recover in milk for 36hrs, after which I had the first batch of delicious kefir! I can recommend ordering kefir grains from kefirshop.eu, you get what you're paying for!
