This 100% raw, cold-extracted, unfiltered wild flower honey is one of the few multi-flower honeys we currently sell.

In our opinion, this is quite simply one of the best honeys we've ever tasted, no exception. From every country, every variety. This is a dark western Algarve wildflower, made by one of our most experienced beekeepers who goes to great lengths to produce this type and there is a very limited quantity every year. Made from bees that forage on the abundant wild spring flowers that cover the hills and meadows of the Western and Central Algarve.

Wildflower honey can vary enormously in color and taste depending on the location of the cabinets and the weather. This wild flower honey is a dark and very complex honey, made from the various wild flowers, including carob, wild lavender, borage, daffodil, daisies, buttercups, vipers burgloss, lupines and many more. A wonderfully tasty complex honey for anyone with a sweet tooth. This raw honey is a timeless classic.

This honey is GMO free, antibiotic and additive free, unmixed and hand selected for taste and quality by us direct from independent master artisan beekeepers in Portugal.

I've been brewing kombucha for years, but only recently started using Jun tea and I absolutely love it. It has a lighter and fresher taste than kombucha in my opinion.
