I ordered 2 packets of this on 24 Feb 2016 and the shipment arrived within 2 working days.Product rating
The instructions are very simple and it is also on the packet.
I boiled and cooled the milk in the evening and mixed the starter and set in flask (thermos) (no yogurt maker or any other fancy machine) simply good quality flask and left it overnight and next day morning I checked at 8am... the perfect yogurt was ready. I also let it sit in fridge for another 3 hrs.
