Ginger Orange Mocktail (2nd fermentation)
Ingredients:
- 4 litres Kombucha
- 500 ml orange juice
- Ginger
- Some orange slices
Procedure:
Grate the ginger finely into small pieces. Add the Kombucha together with the 500 ml orange juice. Leave the whole 2-4 days at room temperature. You can taste the drink every day until you have reached the desired taste.
