Bifidum yogurt is an unique dairy product with a delicate and mild flavor. It is best yogurt for the little ones. One of the main concerns of parents of infants is and remains the state of the baby's digestive organs. No wonder - because of the way the children eat nowadays. Bifidum was developed as a product that helps children adjust to his new environment, normalize the intestinal flora, helping the formation of a normal immune system of the child, and for better absorption of nutrients, vitamins and trace elements. Bifidum indispensable in the treatment of diseases such as overgrowth, various allergy, digestive dysfunction, respiratory infections and infectious diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.

Ingredients: Lactic acid and bifidobacteria, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium Longum, identified according to the IDF standards. This product does not contain genetically modified ingredients.

Features: Suitable for adults and children older than 1 year. Store the starter culture in the refrigerator. Shelf life up to 12 months.

Instruction for making Bifidum Yogurt

Boil the milk. Let the milk cool to 35-40°C. Add 1 gram of dry Bifidum starter culture to 1 liter of milk and stir the mixture. The resulting mixture is preferably casted in a thermos flask and allow it to stand a whole during 6 to 11 hours. Pour the final product in a bottle or cup. The end-product can be kept in the refrigerator for 72 hours.
